09/15/09 - Solano College Theatre and Solano Youth Theatre Win 24 Arty Awards
Fairfield, CA – September 15, 2009 – Solano College Theatre and Solano Youth Theatre took home 24 awards at the 25th annual Arty Award Ceremony on Sunday night, including awards for outstanding overall productions in the categories of comedy, drama, musical and youth shows.
Sponsored by the Fairfield Daily Republic, The Artys celebrate the best of Solano County theatre. For 25 years, The Artys have paid tribute to local actors, directors, technicians and the theatrical shows they labor so hard to produce here in Solano County. SCT and SYT were nominated for a total of 61 awards.
