The professionally qualified GAS staff operates a fully appointed photolithography studio, two offset printing presses, three high-speed copiers, and one digital copier. The bindery operations include machine collating, stapling and folding, as well as, manual padding, trimming and punching. The department is staffed 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. Graphic Arts Services functions to meet the duplication and graphic needs of the entire college. These needs run the gamut from a quick, one-page xerographic copy; to several hundred copies of a multi-paged student handout or workbook, to several thousand copies of specially printed, folded, and trimmed departmental brochures or promotional mailers. Graphics also supplies all materials used in administrative and day to day business operations of the college.

The main campus General Fax machine is also located here. Faxing services for college personnel are available during normal business hours for transmission. The equipment is available for reception 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The General FAX number is (707) 864-0361, please be sure to include information on who the fax should be delivered to.

Self-service copying is available for faculty and staff in Room 115 (main hallway of building 100). The equipment is activated by a magnetic card that is distributed to staff via Division Deans. This area also houses the drop-off and pick-up areas for duplicated materials. After normal business hours, access to this area is possible with an access code to the hallway door.
