Administrative and Business Services provides essential District support in the areas of finance and budgeting, purchasing and procurement, contract management, risk management and employee benefits, facilities and operations, bookstore, campus police functions and graphic services. The Vice President serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the District in managing a $43 million annual budget.  The department’s facility and maintenance staff maintains the grounds and facilities on the 192-acre campus in addition to the off-campus college center in Vacaville.  Campus Police is a comprehensive law enforcement organization that provides security and traffic enforcement.  Campus Police has an active police aide and cadet program that has placed dozens of trained and qualified entry level law enforcement officers around the Bay Area and beyond.  The College Bookstore is a full service bookstore offering a variety of academic supplies in addition to cards and gifts. The Department is committed to providing a high level of customer service, maintaining the District’s financial stability, as well as being an integral part of Solano College’s strategic plans to become the premier educational institution.

The Graphics Department is a full service graphic arts and print shop operation. The department is dedicated to producing quality and timely products, as well as, offering expert customer service to the campus community including both our on and off-site locations.
