SCC Veteran Students Summer School Options
SCC Veteran students may be a Guest student at a different campus over the summer. Veteran students do not have to meet with a counselor at these other colleges. All courses taken are required to be part of their SCC Education Plan and must be approved by the SCC Veteran Affairs Center in order to receive payment. Course offerings at Napa Valley College, Diablo Valley College, Woodland Community College, Sacramento City College, CSU Sacramento, and Brandman University will be posted on this site as soon as they are made available. Please keep checking this web page for further updates on Summer School or contact the SCC Veteran Affairs Center.The SCC Veterans Summer School Instructions document provides the latest information for veterans regarding the approved list of summer courses from external colleges. Please refer to this document frequently as it will be updated with additional data.

Solano Community College is an approved educational institution by the CA Department of Consumer Affairs Bureau for Private and Vocational Education, under Title 38, United States Code. The purpose of the Office of Veterans Affairs is to serve the needs of qualifying veterans, reservists and dependents of veterans. The student will receive assistance in filing for benefits, counseling through our Veterans Counselor on staff and we will act as the liaison between the Department of Veterans Affairs and the student.
