The Small Business Development Center can offer you support services such as free consulting, financial assistance, and specialty seminars and classes. Consultants are available to discuss new business start-up and feasibility, advertising, profit-planning, business expansion, personnel issues, forecasting, and marketing strategies.

SBDC consultants also can provide information on financial options including private lenders, venture capitalists, SBA guaranteed loans, supplier credit, factoring, and leasing. 

Throughout the year, the Center sponsors low-cost seminars on numerous topics including Steps to Starting Your Own Business, Home-based Businesses, Business Financial Management, and Small Business Recordkeeping.  Semester-length and short-term credit classes are available through the regular curriculum and are listed in the current Schedule of Classes.
