Joanne Schivley, a Vallejo City Council member, has previously served

as Assistant Vice President for Bank of America and has been

a member of the following commissions and committees: the Vallejo

Planning Commission, the Vallejo Economic Development Commission,

the Vallejo City Unified School District Vision 20-20 Planning

and Steering Committee, and the Beautification Advisory Commission.

The Ethnic Studies Program is presenting this event, which is being sponsored

by Professor Erma Hernandez and the Associated Students.
