![]() Fine and Applied Arts & Behavioral Science Division The faculty and staff of the Fine and Applied Arts & Behavioral Science Division welcome you to a division that encompasses the disciplines and programs of art, interior design, music, photography, psychology, social science, sociology, speech, telecommunications (film & TV) and theatre arts. Our Art department consists of programs in Art History, painting, drawing, graphic arts and printmaking. Photography will teach you how to develop photographic film in our photo lab or to edit and print your digital photos. We also regularly offer a Travel Photography class to interesting destinations around the world. Our Speech and Debate team is a consistent state and national award winner.The Dean of Fine and Applied Arts & Behavioral Science also supervises the Solano College Theatre and Youth Theatre, the Community Services and Life Long Learning Department and the Solano County Foster Care and Kinship training program run by Dottie Fair. As you can see the Fine and Applied Arts & Behavioral Science Division represents a broad spectrum of curriculum and programs.
