Helpful Hints

If you are not a regular theatre-goer and suffer from arts patronage angst, take heart!  Some of the most common questions are addressed in our How To Order Tickets and How To Get To Our Theatres pages.

Some other concerns:

What Time Do the Shows Start?

Thursday evenings all shows begin at 7:30 p.m.
Friday and Saturday evenings all shows begin at
8:00 p.m.
Sunday matinees begin at 2:00 p.m.

Where should I eat?

We are working hand-in-hand with a few local restaurants in the downtown Suisun area, each of whom is offering a discount on your meal for the date of performance (excluding holidays).  Restaurant coupons can be picked up at the Suisun Harbor Theatre  720 Main Street  Suisun, CA  94585.

How much does it cost?

Please call our ticket office, (707) 864-7100, for pricing on individual ticket sales.  If you’d like to attend a few (or more!) shows this season (it is a fantastic line-up!), we recommend purchasing a subscription package that allows you to get discounted show prices.

How long do the shows last?

Most shows last about two hours.  Please call the ticket office at (707) 864-7100 for the running time of a specific show.

Are the shows appropriate for children?

Please refer to the ratings section of the productions you want to take your children to see.  Children under 3 are not permitted in the theatre.

Can I exchange my tickets?

Our policy is to allow for no exchanges or refunds once an order has been processed.  However, the benefits of being a season subscriber are many, and include free exchange privileges.  Subscribers who have purchased a season package can alter the night of their attendance up to the day of the performance.  Subscribers have lost ticket insurance (lose your tickets?  No problem… we’ll replace them).

Subscribers get the best seats on hand before single ticket purchases even become available.  Subscribers have their tickets in advance and pay less per show.  Subscribers are blessed.  See more about subscriptions.
