Online Ticket Purchase

Please take a minute to read our online ticketing policies:

  • All sales are final.
  • There are no refunds or cancellations.
  • Best available seats will be assigned. Therefore, Season Ticket holders wanting to purchase additional tickets next to their existing seats, please call our ticket office directly. Otherwise, seating will be chosen at random for all online purchases.
  • Our service provider (Tickets.com) will add a per ticket charge to your total. This amount will be charged to your order.
  • No children under the age of 3 are allowed inside the theatre. Parents should use discretion regarding appropriateness of some shows.
  • Gift Certificates and coupons are not redeemable online at this time. If you place the online order, the Gift Certificate will not be applied and you will be charged full price with no refund. Gift Certificates and coupons can be redeemed at The Solano College and Harbor Theatre ticket office, 720 Main St. Suisun City, CA
  • The Solano College and Harbor Theatre ticket office accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Payment must accompany reservation. Cash and check sales are accepted at the Solano College and Harbor Theatre ticket office in person and by mail.
  • Your tickets will be held under your name at the theatre ticket office will call. Tickets are not mailed.
  • Groups of 15 or more must make reservation by calling group sales, (707) 864-7100.

Theatre Accessibility - We do not currently support online special seating ticket purchases, but we understand the importance of your comfort and convenience and will do our best to accommodate all requests. A number of accessible seating locations are available depending on your price range request and needs. Please contact our ticket office.
