Apply for Graduation

Petitioning for a Degree or Certificate - Petitions will be accepted in the Office of Admissions and Records as follows:

Petition Submission Time Frames (Degree/Certificate/Job Direct Low Unit Certificate)

Note: Time frames are very important. If a petition is received in A & R outside of the time frames listed below; it will be processed in the next term.

Summer Term: March 1 through June 30; all Degrees/Certificates/Job Direct Low Unit Certificates

Fall Term: July 1 through Sept 10; Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT’s; AA-T/AS-T) submitted via e-verify to the CSU by 10/31.
July 1 through September 30; Regular Degrees/Certificates/Job Direct Low Unit Certificates

Spring Term: October 1 through February 10; Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT’s; AA-T/AS-T) submitted via e-verify to the CSU by 3/15.
October 1 through February 28; Regular Degrees/Certificates/Job Direct Low Unit Certificates
