College Success Institute The College Success Institute (CSI) opens the doors to academia for young adults that would not ordinarily pass through them. By teaching first-time college students to maneuver through the California community college system, CSI offers them the skills to successfully transition from high school into a university. Program activities provide insight into team building, stress and time management, as well as problem-solving and communication skills. CSI students also spend time developing their writing skills.
