Frequently Asked Questions

How can I register for a Learning Community?

To Find Courses:

First, look at the course combinations scheduled for the upcoming semester. You can find this information at the current semester offerings page.

In the paper schedule, look under "Learning Communities" (between "Journalism" and "Learning Resources"). There will be general information and the details for each Learning Community offered in the current semester. Learning Communities are also included in the separate department listings.

In the "My Solano" Schedule of Classes Search, use the drop down menu to find Learning Community.

To Register:

When on the “Add Classes” page during online registration, enter each CRN into a separate box.

You must register for all courses in the Learning Community for you to enroll in the class.
