At Solano:   Christina plays the entire back row.  She can dig, pass and serve extremely well in her first year at Solano.  She is a great asset to the team in the back row.   

High School/Club:  Played three years on varsity Volleyball and three years in a club program for PSC Islanders and one year at Club Roshambo Vallejo.

Interests/Plans:  She plans on going to Med School after she completes her BS degree.

At Solano: Very committed and versatile player.  Holli plays all three back row positions.  She has a tough floater serve.  Great addition to our roster this year.

High School/Club: Played fours years of Volleyball and Softball at Hogan High School. 

Interests/Plans: Her plan is to become a sports writer and photographer.  Interest includes playing sports and just being active.

At Solano:  A tall lefty!!!  She has improved and excelled at the net with her hitting and blocking.  Karlynn is a quiet weapon at the net; she can use both hands to put the ball away.  A two year starter for the Falcons, she plays both the right side and middle. 

High School/Club:  Three years Varsity Volleyball, Honorable Mention (’04).  Solano Club – two years.

Interests/Plans: Her major is computer science with a focus on web page design.  Karlynn plans to transfer after the spring to continue her education and possibly her athletic career.

At Solano:  One of our most improved passers.  She has moved her self into the Libero position where we can use her passing more often.  She reads the ball well, has a great attitude and a hard worker.

High School/Club: Three years at Armijo High School and two years for Club Solano.

Interests/Plans: She plans on majoring in Psychology.

Sports highlights

At Solano:  Nikki is an offensive threat.   She runs the outside position with explosive attacks.  She has a great vertical jump, positive athlete and has been a blessing to the team this year.

High School/Club: Four years of high school volleyball at Sandpoint and three years of club in Idaho. 

Interests/Plans: Plan is to become an RN – move back to Idaho and build a log cabin home.  Eventually she would love to go to Africa on a short term medical mission and work as an RN in orphanages in Africa.

At Solano:  Jamie is a versatile player who plays both right side and middle.  She is athletic and moves well on the court.  Jamie has improved her skills in her 2^nd season to allow her to play all the way around.  She is both a threat in the front row and back row.

High School/Club: Two years on varsity volleyball at Wood.  One year for Club Solano, one year at Davis Club.

Interests/Plans:  Plans to transfer to a 4 year college in 2007, major in General Construction and minor in Business.  Interest include:  wakeboarding, dancing and snowboarding.

At Solano:  She is our starting setter in her freshman season here at Solano.  She has the 2^nd highest vertical jump on the team, leads the team in assists, is very committed and a great defensive player.

High School/Club: Varsity Volleyball for two years, in her junior year of HS her team made it to the 2^nd round of playoffs.  Senior captain (2006), SCAC All-League player, Rodriquez Volleyball Co-MVP and RHS Female Athlete of the year 2006.

Interests/Plans: Bachelors Degree in Dental hygiene and Sports Medicine and an AA degree in Nutrition.  Her interest includes badminton, tennis and dance in her spare time.

At Solano: A welcome surprise from the foothills who is returning for her 2^nd year.  Katie is our most consistent player all over the court. Katie passes and digs with perfection and handles the outside hitting position aggressively.  She is one of the most finely tuned passers I have ever coached.  2005 All Conference BVC Player and Top Defensive Player Award.

High School/Club: Three year Varsity Volleyball player – two years All League (Sierra Valley Conference).  MVP of the VB team – ’04. Played Club Volleyball since the 3^rd grade (Golden Hills/Gold Cal Jrs.) went to Junior Olympics twice.

Interests/Plans: Plans to attend a 4 yr. college, compete in Volleyball and major in Nutrition.

At Solano: A freshman starter in the front row.  Danette puts up a great block and contributes on the offense.  She has been a great asset to our front row helping to rack up kills and blocks in our offense.

High School/Club: She played two years of Varsity Volleyball and one year at Club Solano.

Interests/Plans:  Her interest includes both Volleyball and Softball.  She enjoys long walk on the beach.
