Pay a Citation

Payment for a citation is required within 21 days from the date of the citation or 14 days from the date of Notice of Illegal Parking.

There are three options to pay a citation:

  1. Mail a check or money order (no cash) AND the citation (or legible copy) to:

    Payment Processing Center
    P O Box 57010
    Irvine CA 92619-7010

    Or mail payment in the envelope provided with the citation.
  2. By phone, call 866.470.1306 using the citation number or license plate number of the vehicle that received the citation.
  3. Online through ICMS. Citation number is required for this option.

If the citation is not available, call 866.470.1306 and enter the vehicle license plate number to obtain the citation number. Be sure to write the citation number on the check or money order.
