ANNUAL ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING 1026

POLICY:
As part of the Board meeting following the first Friday in December, an annual organizational meeting shall be held at which time the Board shall elect a President, Vice President and appoint the Secretary (Superintendent/President) for one (1)-year terms of office and set the time and place of regular meetings of the Board.
