RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR CONDUCT OF MEETING 1040

POLICY:
Robert’s Rules of Order (latest edition) shall govern the proceedings and conduct of Board meetings, except where the Board’s own policies or state regulations or statutes provide otherwise.
