ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES 1120

POLICY:
The Superintendent/President or his/her designee is authorized to enact procedures as appropriate and permitted by law regarding serving alcoholic beverages in college facilities or at fundraising events held to benefit nonprofit corporations. Alcoholic beverages will not be served at any college facility except in accordance with these procedures.
