MANAGEMENT APPOINTMENTS 2100
POLICY:
It is the responsibility of the administration to recommend the strongest possible candidates for management appointments, and it is also incumbent on the administration to give current staff members an adequate opportunity to apply for such openings.
The administration shall establish the process for screening and selecting all management positions. The process shall follow the District’s hiring and diversity guidelines.
