PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS 4220
POLICY:
The performance of duties and the professional growth of all academic, management, and classified staff of the District shall be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the California Education Code and the collective bargaining agreements.
The purpose of evaluation is to retain the services of competent staff and to develop, improve and maintain high level programs and services at the District by improving communications between employee and supervisor, measuring performance, recognizing achievements and contributions, providing guidelines for individual development, and to serve as a basis for promotion, demotion, disciplinary action or dismissal.
