The Institutional Goals, reviewed and adopted by the Board each year, are areas of focus for College activities and resources. They operationalize the College’s Strategic Plan and guide the College in budget development and resource allocation. Units respond to the Institutional Goals through the development of their three-year plans. Activities proposed in the unit-level three-year plans are prioritized with an eye towards achieving the Institutional Goals. Priority is determined independent of costs and source of funding, factors that are addressed in the budget development process.
