A list of prioritized activities is created each year as part of the program review, planning, and budget development process. Proposed activities are initially prioritized at the unit level and reprioritized as unit plans are integrated within divisions and across management units until reaching a college-wide priority listing. The listing is finally approved by the College’s Financial and Budget Planning Advisory Council (FABPAC), which is composed of representatives from constituent groups across the campus, and forwarded to the Superintendent-President for final decisions on funding.
