Following a system-wide, integrated planning procedure, the various units (divisions and offices) within the College annually develop a short-term, three-year (“next year plus two”) plan to address issues identified through an ongoing program review process. The Plan contains brief descriptions of possible activities, needed resources, estimated timeframes, and the potential connection of each activity with other institutional plans. Activities are coded by budget manager and program area. The annual review and updating of the Three-year Plan is done in light of the College’s Institutional Goals, approved by the Governing Board each fall.
