Enrollment Management Committee (EMC) Data
Enrollment management is a difficult and ever changing concept. It relates to several aspects of the college, including
- Marketing and admissions
- Retention and success of current students
- Financial and State targets
Management of all these strategies requires data to make informed decisions. We all have a tendency to want to make decisions based on anecdotes or our own individual experiences but with such a complicated issue as enrollment management it is important that we look at as much evidence as possible before making decisions. This is where this section of the site comes in.
Included below are a model and dataset vital to enrollment management decision making. One of the biggest issues at the moment is getting enrollment FTES to meet our State imposed funding cap. The model provides data on our funding targets and helps us plan schedules for spring and summer based on the two different scenarios.
State Funding Scenarios for Credit FTES

As we make decisions on scheduling we need to look at data related to courses we are aiming to schedule. The dataset provides key enrollment management data for the last 3 semesters. The data includes section and enrollment counts as well as efficiency data such as WSCH per FTEF and fill rate.
To view and interact with the models you will need to download and install Adobe Flash. It can be downloaded here
