Step 2Fees for online courses are usually the same as they are for traditional classes. For more information about fees, go to Student Fees. Be advised that you will not be uploaded into your online classroom if you owe any money to the College.

Step 3: Read the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).

Step 4: You must have an email address on file at Solano College in order to access an online or hybrid class. This is the primary means of communicating with students in the online environment. If your email address is not already on file, use Online Services to update your student profile with your email address BEFORE you register for one of these classes.

Step 5: If you decide to enroll in an online or hybrid class, you must complete the normal registration steps found on our Registration page. 

REMEMBER:  It is imperative that Solano College has a current email for you and that all your fees are paid in full. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS ANY ONLINE CLASS WITHOUT AN EMAIL REGISTERED WITH THE COLLEGE AND ALL YOUR FEES PAID!

Step 6: The SOLANOnline classes usually have required textbooks.  To find out more information about purchasing your course books, please visit the SCC Bookstore.

• Use your nine-digit Solano ID Number (without dashes) as your Student ID.

• Use your two-digit birth date DAY and the last 2 digits of the year as your four-digit password (i.e., if you were born on November 2, 1979, your password would be entered as 0279).
