New Horizons Program

The New Horizons Program offers services to assist single parents, displaced homemakers, single pregnant women, low-income, disabled, and other special population students who are enrolled in, or interested in enrolling in vocational and/or non-traditional fields to obtain training and employment.

The goal of the New Horizons Program is to empower our student participants to become self-sufficient through education and work, and to discover the connection between the workplace and education.  This program, which includes counseling and college survival workshops, is designed to help students succeed in vocational programs.

A limited number of book/supply grants are available to eligible students.
