Where do I get a parking decal?

If a parking decal is ordered through Online Services or R.S.V.P. registration, it will be mailed to you with your registration receipt/class schedule after fees have been received and posted. Parking decals may also be purchased at the Office of Admissions and Records or after registration at Online Services.

My parking decal was stolen, do I have to buy another one?

When a parking decal is stolen, the student may file a report with the Campus Police. Once the report is filed, the student may go to the Office of Admissions and Records for a decal replacement.

I have a handicap placard for my car. Do I still need to buy a parking decal?

A parking decal is required even if the student has a handicap placard for his/her car. The handicap placard allows the student to park in the designated handicapped parking spots. The parking decal is required for all Solano Community College students who wish to park their vehicles on campus.

If I lose my parking decal, why do I have to pay $20 for another one?

If you lose a parking decal, you need to pay for a new decal. It's the same as losing any article you own. If you buy a sweatshirt at a store in the mall and lose it, the store will not replace it for you for free.

Do students attending classes at the Vacaville Center need to pay for parking?

Yes. Parking decals are required at the Vacaville Center.

Where do I pay my parking ticket?

Instructions for paying the fine are printed on the reverse side of the parking ticket. An envelope is attached to the ticket to give the student the option of mailing his/her payment.

How do I get a Rideshare parking pass?

Rideshare passes are available in the Student Development Office, Room 1403 in Building 1400. "Ridesharers" must have three people riding in their car. The names, social security numbers and license plate numbers of any cars they will be driving must be provided to the Student Development Office. The number of spaces available are limited, so students should come in as soon as school starts to obtain their pass.
