Make sure the wireless keyboard/mouse in on. Move switch to the I symbol, located underneath.
Make sure the wireless keyboard and mouse sync with the Bluetooth receiver by pressing the Bluetooth button located underneath.
The wireless keyboard/mouse may require new batteries.
You need to have an 1/8th" male/male audio cable connecting your laptop's headphone/line out jack to the audio in jack on the smart panel.
Make sure the volume level on your laptop and on the smart panel are turned up.
Make sure the Master Control volume is on (displays a green light) and then check the volume levels.
Make sure the volume levels on the computer and on the smart panel are turned up.
Inside the smart panel cabinet, there is an auxiliary volume controller located on top or near the subwoofer. Make sure it is turned up about a third of the way. Caution: Do not turn this all the way up. When the sound comes on it will be loud!
Make sure the Closed Caption Device is turned on(red light). This is a small box about 12" wide by 1" tall.
Press and hold the projector button for several seconds. The projector takes a few moments to warm up before displaying. If after a few minutes it's still not coming on, contact the Helpdesk using our easy
