POLICY:

The Superintendent-President shall establish procedures for Career and Technical Education programs to ensure that the District complies with the United States Department of Education’s disclosure requirements for each of the District’s gainful employment programs.

Solano Community College District recognizes the value of advice from community members regarding Career and Technical Education programs. The District management is authorized to establish appropriate community advisory committees to provide advice on planning and operations of Career and Technical Education programs. Procedures shall be developed that establish guidelines for formation, selection of membership, and function of advisory committees.
