The District is very appreciative of the support the community has provided to modernize our aging facilities, as well as, construction of new centers in Vallejo and Vacaville. We are committed to implementing a construction program that will enrich the educational environment and support ever-evolving teaching methods. In talking with students and staff, it is evident that the energy surrounding this construction program builds with each passing day.

The renovation of Humanities Building 700 was completed in January 2007. Construction on the new Vallejo Center, the new Student Service Center, Building 800 and the Faculty Office Building are currently in progress. Past projects include the Tennis Courts, upgrades to our Aeronautics facility at the Nut Tree Airport in Vacaville, and creation of state-of-the-art classrooms in our Career Technical Education Building 1800B. In the Fall semester of 2005, the Business Building 500 and the Science Building 300 were totally modernized. New restrooms Building 2600 were built near the tennis courts.

We are "building for the future," with the continual vision of providing the highest quality education for all students. Solano College is proud of our tradition of excellence, and we look forward to continuing to be your college of choice.
