The faculty and staff of the School of Liberal Arts welcomes you to an academic area that encompasses the disciplines of Art (Art History, Two-Dimensional Art, Three-Dimensional Art, and Graphic Design & Illustration), Music, Photography, Communication Studies, Film and Television Studies, Theatre Arts, Interior Design, Foreign Language (French, German, Italian, Japanese, Latin, and Spanish), English, English as a Second Language, Reading, Journalism, and American Sign Language.

The Dean of School of Liberal Arts also supervises the Solano College Theatre, Distance Education, Basic Skills English and the Solano Community College Library where students can access reserve materials, multi-media, interact with Librarians or make use of the 60 PC information Commons.

As you can see the School of Liberal Arts represents a broad spectrum of curriculum and programs.
