ID Cards

Student ID cards are required in the Library and Learning Resources, and are used as well for identification in the Bookstore and to pick up student financial aid checks. Student ID cards are issued all semester during the Spring and Fall semesters in Student Development Office, Room 1425 in the Student Union (Building 1400).  For Summer ID Cards and card validation, please check for Student Development Office summer office hours.

The card costs $5.00 and is good for nine consecutive semesters. However, the card must be validated with a current sticker each semester, at no charge. In order to get your card validated, you must show your Schedule Bill for the current semester, and have your SCC ID card present at time of validation.

Validation Stickers are available at the Student Development Office, Room 1425 on the Main Campus, the main desks at the Vacaville and Vallejo Centers, and at the Travis Center Office.

To get an ID card, pay the $5.00 at the Office of Admissions and Records (OAR) in Building 400 or online through your MySolano account. Please bring your Schedule Bill showing proof of Student I.D. fee payment and another form of photo identification to the Student Development Office, Student Union (Building 1400).

Be sure to ask about Student Discounts at Museums, Aquariums, Theaters, Movie Theaters, Theme Parks, Restaurants, and other locations.

To print your Schedule Bill, log on to MySolano.  Click on your Student tab. "Print Schedule Bill" will be listed in the options on the left-hand side of the page.
