COVID Health Screening Guidelines for Spring 2022

For the health and benefit of everyone during the COVID endemic, we want you to be aware of the following processes:

  • In-person/on-campus services are by appointment only during specified days/times.  No walk-up services are available.  We still provide fully remote options over phone or zoom, as needed.
  • Masks are required in doors at all times.  If you do not have one upon arrival, one will be provided.
  • There will be an attendant at the main door of the 400 bld. in Fairfield to check-in those with appointments on Tuesdays from 12-4pm and Wednesdays from 10am - 2pm. If you have scheduled an appointment outside of this time frame please contact the program that you have the appointment with, to be let into the building. Phone numbers are posted on the glass doors.
  • On the day of your scheduled appointments, please make sure to do your Course key app health screening PRIOR to leaving home. This way, if you receive a red pass you won’t have to make the trip to campus just to turn around.  Anyone with a Course key “red pass” will be asked to reschedule their appointment to another day/time.
  • If you are not taking any in-person classes this semester and therefore aren’t connected to the Course key system, you will be sent a health screening form by email to fill in and bring with you or be asked to fill in a health screening form when you arrive.  The questions you will be asked to answer are below.  Please review those prior to coming to campus on the day of your appointment.  If you think you will be answering “yes” to any question, do not come to campus. Please contact the office(s) you have the appointment with to change it to a remote appointment or reschedule the in-person appointment for a later date in which you can confidently answer “no” to all the questions below.
