Prerequisite Clearance Requests

If you’ve completed a course at another school and want to use it to meet a prerequisite at Solano, follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Prerequisite Clearance Request form

  2. Include official or unofficial transcripts from the college or high school where the course was completed

You can submit the form and transcripts by:

  • Emailing them to: admissions@solano.edu

  • Dropping them off at the Admissions & Records office (Building 400, 1st floor)

Once received, requests are processed within 10 business days.
