Degree, Certificate, or University Transfer

Go to solano.edu and click the “Apply Now” button to complete the CCCApply application. You’ll create an OpenCCC account and get your Solano ID, username, and password by email (check your spam folder!).

Visit solano.edu/orientation to access the online orientation. It's best to finish this before registering for classes.

Solano no longer uses placement tests. If you're unsure which English or math classes to take, contact Counseling at counseling@solano.edu or 707-864-7101.

If you took prerequisites at another school, send your transcripts to Admissions & Records. More info at solano.edu/prerequisites.

Schedule an academic counseling appointment to create an education plan with one of our Solano Counselors: solano.edu/counseling.

Most students qualify for financial aid or scholarships. Visit solano.edu/financialaid or contact financialaid@solano.edu  707-864-7103. You may also be eligible for EOPS and other programs to help support and finance your academic journey!

After submitting your application (Step #1), you should receive an email with your FalconNest login and password.

Didn't get it?
If you've completed the application but haven't received your login credentials, contact the Admissions Office at admissions@solano.edu or call 707-864-7171.

Get Ready to Register:

  • Log in to FalconNest click the "Student & Financial Aid" tab, then select "When do I Register" to find your registration date.

  • Classes fill up fast, so plan your schedule early!

Paying Your Fees
To avoid being dropped from your classes, please pay all fees at the time of registration. You can pay online through your MySolano account using a Visa, MasterCard, or debit card, or visit the Cashier’s Window in Building 400 (Student Services) on the main campus.

If you have an unpaid balance, you won’t be able to register for future terms until it’s cleared.
