Adult School Admission to Solano Community College

Thanks to a recent state regulation change, students coming from Adult Schools can now qualify for an enrollment fee waiver through the Special Admit process. This waiver covers up to 11 units in Fall/Spring and up to 5.99 units in Summer. Please note: local fees, material fees, and book costs still apply.

To get started:

  1. Apply for admission to Solano College.

  2. Submit the Adult School Special Admission Recommendation form (available under "forms" or at the Admissions & Records Office).

  3. Get approval from your principal or counselor.

  4. Check your registration date and review instructions for using FalconNest.

Plan ahead—start the admissions process early. Enrollment may be limited in certain programs based on space, safety, or other restrictions.

All special admit students must follow college policies, academic rules, and the student code of conduct.
