Refunds show as a negative balance on your student account.

Our system cannot automatically process student refunds until after the credit card used for payment has cleared (usually 10-14 days) and after the census date of the term. Therefore, if your student account reflects a negative balance and you would like your refund sooner than the term census date, please email CashierOffice@solano.edu requesting it, and our team will issue within 2-3 weeks after the request.

Refunds are processed in the form of a paper check mailed to your address on file. To avoid delays when processing refunds, please make sure to check that the address on file is current.
