Fiscal Audit

Solano Community College District is committed to transparency and accountability in the stewardship of public funds. As required by California law, the District undergoes an annual independent fiscal audit conducted by licensed Certified Public Accountants, and when applicable, a federal Single Audit. These reports provide the public with a clear picture of the College’s financial health and compliance with state and federal regulations. In addition, the District’s Fiscal Advisory Committee—comprised of faculty, staff, students, and administrators—meets on the first Wednesday of each month during the academic year (and as needed in summer) to review budget matters and make recommendations to the Superintendent-President on financial and planning issues.
