What does the CCPG do?

The CCPG waives a student’s enrollment fees.

How do i apply for CCPG?

If you are a US citizen or eligible non-citizen, complete the FAFSA for the award year in which you would like your fees waived. If you are an undocumented student with AB540 status, apply using the CA Dream Act Application (CADAA). Once we receive your FAFSA or CADAA (usually 3-7 days later), we will determine your eligibility and apply any waivers immediately.

How do I maintain eligibility?

In addition to the eligibility criteria, students must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher and complete more than 50% of the coursework they attempt. If they fail to meet either of those conditions in two consecutive primary terms, they will lose eligibility for the CCPG fee waiver. Students who have become ineligible may file a CCPG Fee Waiver Appeal if they have special circumstances that led to their poor performance.
