The A²MEND Student Charter at Solano Community College is more than just a club—it’s a brotherhood. Rooted in community, leadership, and academic achievement, the Charter empowers African American male students to thrive in college and beyond while giving back to the community around them.

Members of A²MEND are committed to building strong character, advancing social justice, and supporting one another academically and personally. Through mentorship, networking, and leadership development, students gain the tools to excel in their studies, grow as professionals, and make a meaningful difference.

From statewide conferences and trainings to hands-on community service, A²MEND creates opportunities for students to lead, learn, and inspire. Together, members foster a culture of excellence and responsibility—lifting one another up and paving the way for future generations.
